Amanda de Souza works and resides in New York City and Toronto, working as a full-time artist, Senior Graphic Designer and as a College Professor at Durham College in Toronto, Canada. Originally from Toronto, Amanda studied Marketing, Advertising and Graphic Design and has worked for clients including Proctor & Gamble, Dove, Panasonic, Durex and many more. As well as working as a designer, Amanda is currently collaborating with several artists in the city to create new and innovative art gallery events displaying her paintings and illustrations. Amanda's most recent project is having her artwork on display at for sale at the retail boutique PIQ located in Grand Central Terminal. Amanda was also selected as a 2013 artist for "Sing for Hope Pianos", a public art project in New York City. Amanda's painted piano was on display in Central Park on Cherry Hill, featured in the New York Times, and was included in a concert at Lincoln Center.
